1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EventsSphere, operated by Silentechin Tamale, Ghana. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Important: These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use EventsSphere.
2. EventsSphere Service
EventsSphere is a hybrid ticketing platform that enables:
- Digital ticket generation with secure QR codes
- Bulk PDF printing (20 tickets per A4 sheet)
- Multi-scanner validation for stadium-scale events
- Real-time analytics and staff management
- SMS authentication via Ghana phone numbers
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
Event Organizers
- Must be 18+ years old or represent a legal entity
- Provide accurate organization information
- Subject to approval by EventsSphere team
- Responsible for all activity under your account
Staff Members
- Invited by approved event organizers
- Must have valid Ghana phone number (+233)
- Limited to scanning duties as assigned
- Access revoked when event concludes
4. Permitted Use
✅ You May:
- • Create legitimate events in Ghana
- • Generate tickets for actual attendees
- • Print tickets for distribution
- • Add staff for scanning duties
- • Use analytics for event improvement
❌ You May Not:
- • Create fraudulent or fake events
- • Attempt to duplicate or forge tickets
- • Share login credentials
- • Use automated tools to abuse system
- • Violate Ghana laws or regulations
5. Payment Terms (Future)
Currently, EventsSphere is free to use. When paid plans are introduced:
- Prices will be listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
- Payment via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans
- No hidden fees or setup charges
- Existing users will be grandfathered on current terms
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
EventsSphere, its design, QR code technology, and platform features are owned by Silentech. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your event data, attendee lists, and content you upload. We only use this data to provide our services.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy and Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012. Key points:
- We collect only necessary data for service provision
- Ghana phone numbers encrypted and stored securely
- GDPR compliance for international users
- You can request data deletion at any time

8. Security & Anti-Fraud Policy
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to forge, duplicate, or fraudulently use tickets will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action under Ghana law.
Our security measures include HMAC-signed QR codes, real-time validation, and automated fraud detection. We cooperate with Ghana Police Service on all fraud cases.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses due to network outages or technical issues.
Event Responsibility
Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, venue arrangements, permits, and compliance with Ghana laws. EventsSphere is only a technology platform.
Limitation of Liability
Under Ghana law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Account Termination
You May Terminate
- • At any time for any reason
- • Email privacy@eventsshere.com
- • Data deleted within 30 days
We May Terminate For
- • Violation of these terms
- • Fraudulent activity
- • Illegal use of platform
- • Non-payment (future paid plans)

12. Changes to Terms
