How do I apply to become an event organizer?
Visit our 'Apply as Organizer' page, fill out the application form with your organization details, and submit it. Our team reviews applications within 24 hours and you'll receive an email notification about the status.
Can I really generate 22,000+ tickets at once?
Yes! EventsSphere is designed for stadium-scale events. You can generate unlimited tickets, and our PDF system creates printable A4 sheets with 20 tickets each. A 22,000 ticket event would create 1,100 A4 sheets ready for printing.
How do the QR codes prevent fraud?
Each QR code is cryptographically signed with HMAC-SHA256, bound to a specific phone number, and includes replay protection. This makes it virtually impossible to duplicate or forge tickets.
What happens if someone tries to use a screenshot of a QR code?
Screenshots won't work because our QR codes include dynamic elements and are validated against our secure database in real-time. Each code can only be used once and is tied to the original ticket holder's phone number.
How many staff members can scan tickets at my event?
Unlimited! You can add as many staff members as needed. Each gets their own scanner app access and all scanning data is synchronized in real-time across all devices.
Does it work on slow internet connections in Ghana?
Yes, EventsSphere is optimized for Ghana's network conditions. It works on 2G/3G connections and includes offline validation capabilities for when internet is unstable.
